Assessment Plan

If a course you are teaching is listed here then you must coordinate with CMU to perform the planned assessment. This page should provide all the information you need to perform the assessment.

Important Information Regarding AoL Assessments

• Assessments should be recorded in the proveded excel files then sent to the CMU
• The CMU will prepare a report to be shared with relavent academic departments and program comittees
• These reports should be reviewed by the academic departments and program committee and implement solutions if possible to improve assessment results
• Implemented solutions should be communicated to the CMU
• Solutions that require the approval of the College Academic Affairs Committee (CAAC) must be communicated to CAAC and CCed to the CMU
• Academic Departments not involved in assessments can still be involved in improving the program
